What does it mean to know Peace & how can I heal emotionally?

If you are paying attention to our world, it is difficult not to get caught up in a tangled web of emotions.

I’ve spent a great deal of time reflecting on how I can help. I’ve been blessed to have dozens of people check in on me. Now, I’d like to share with you what has helped me.

Earlier this year (on my birthday) I was given the book “Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender” by David Hawkins. It has been the single most transformative tool I have for accepting, processing, and moving on from emotions.

Additionally, I’ve been trained in Kriya yoga, and was taught the “Seven Layers of Self” meditation. On the latest episode of the Much Love Podcast, I share how these tools help me.

I have a very simple goal. To discuss what it means to know peace and share strategies that allow me to heal emotionally.
